Those epoxy stains are terrible. They do not hold up and are impossible to maintain. Utilizing an oil based stain/sealer with proper levels of mildewcide will look better and be much easier to maintain over the life of a deck.
Always do a proper two step cleaning and pH balancing process before you stain/seal and your deck will look great for awhile.
